FSH

This kit is used for quantitative determination of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in human serum in vitro. Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) is a kind of glycoprotein hormone with molecular weight of 30000, which is secreted by the anterior pituitary. There are α and β chains, whose main physiological function is to act on the gonad, to promote follicular formation and mature granulocyte proliferation in women, to promote ovulation by the secretion of follicular fluid and LH, and to promote sperm formation in men. Therefore, the detection of FSH in serum is very important for the diagnosis of male and female infertility, sexual dysfunction, puberty delay, precocious puberty, endometriosis and so on.
